Please allow at least 24 hours in order for us to get your pickup scheduled. Your pickup date and time will be sent to you in a confirmation email.

    We’ll send an email with your Dolly details shortly after we receive your mattress pickup request.

    Helpers will arrive on your scheduled day to safely remove your mattress and dispose of it responsibly.

Yes, provided your mattress is left in an obvious and accessible location.

Not necessarily. If your mattress is left out in an obvious location the day of your removal, and our Helpers can easily access it, you need not be home.

Yes. You’ll receive an SMS (text message) and an email when the Helper is on the way to your address.

Absolutely. Your Helper will dispose of your mattress at an authorized location.
